Sara Koinch

Sara Tunich Koinch was born in Sindhuli, but her family migrated soon after her birth to Dhanusha. Her mother was a local market shopkeeper, and her father works as a carpenter. Sara doesn’t come from a family with an art background, but art was always around her. Since childhood, she was active in creative extracurricular activities and tried to do something different in life which is meaningful. Nowadays, she wants to explore diverse mediums to execute concepts and materialise subjects, while always centering on humans, society, and culture. These days Sara is researching her own culture because she wants to know her own roots and her identity.
