Shifting Perspective

May 11 – May 26

Exhibited Artists

Shifting Perspectives explores abstract fine art photography through frozen patterns,
compositions, and illusions found in nature. Through my travels in high altitude terrains of
Nepal, the series of images embraces the power of perspective- the subtle dance between
subject and viewer, light and shadow, clarity and abstraction. The images seek to blur the line
between representation and abstraction, finding careful interplays of lines, colors and
patterns within natural landscapes.

The colorful abstract patterns explore the material nature of water and soil in nature. The
varying relationships between water and earth create different visual harmonies,
transcending scale and identification. My works are an ode to the intricate worlds hidden
within overlooked forms in nature. The images encourage viewers to shift their gaze and delve
into the endless possibilities within simple harmonies found in nature.
